Friends of Solway is a parent-led committee operating under the direction of the Solway Primary School Board of Trustees, Masterton, New Zealand. By using our website and pizza lunch ordering service, you agree to these terms.
Our pizza lunch ordering service allows parents and caregivers of Solway Primary School students to pre-order and pay for pizza lunches to be delivered to school on Fridays. The service is operated by Friends of Solway in partnership with Domino's.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. A small payment processing fee may be added at checkout to cover costs charged by our payment provider, Stripe.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We use Stripe to securely process all card payments. Friends of Solway does not store your card details. By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Orders close at 12pm on the Wednesday before each Friday delivery. Orders placed after this time will not be included in that week's delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations.
While we take every care to fulfil orders accurately, Friends of Solway is not liable for errors or delays caused by our supplier. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Pizza products are prepared by Domino's and may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for your child. Please check Domino's allergen information before ordering if your child has a food allergy or intolerance.
Friends of Solway accepts no liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from consumption of products ordered through this service.
Friends of Solway is a volunteer-run community committee. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or ordering service.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
