Friends of Solway is a parent-led committee operating under the direction of the Solway Primary School Board of Trustees, Masterton, New Zealand. We can be contacted at office@solway.school.nz.
When you use our pizza lunch ordering service, we collect the following information:
Payment information (card details) is processed directly and securely by Stripe. Friends of Solway does not store or have access to your card details at any time.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not share your information with any third party other than Stripe (for payment processing) and Domino's (for order fulfilment).
Your order information is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorised Friends of Solway committee members. We retain order data for the current school year and delete it at the end of each year.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To make a request, please contact us at office@solway.school.nz.
Our website uses your email address stored in your browser's local storage to remember your details between visits. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
